Grape Seed Extract Weight
Im taking recently Cell Life international amplified-E which contain vitamins:E C A,ZINC SELENIUM,?
grape seed extract and nutritional yeast,,,,,
its rich in the vitamins and nt much with the others...
anyways please tell me what does that lead to> i mean does it cause weight gain or what????
As long as you are following the recommendations on the label, that wouldn't be enough quantity to cause weight gain... in fact, you're not even getting your full day's supply of all your micro-nutrients. The Nutritional Yeast (which is quite different than the baker's yeast used in bread) has a lot of B vitamins naturally occurring in it so you're covered with those and the E complex covers your A, C, and E... all your missing of the vitamins is D and K so that's not bad. You're covering about half the micro-nutrients so it's not quite as much as you'd get from a multivitamin.
With that being said, if you are concerned about weight gain with these, I can point out that the caloric content will be very minimal in any pill, but the Nutritional Yeast will probably be around 100-140 calories per oz (depending on what is added to it)... you'd get more calories from most donuts.
Of course, if you're taking a pill of Nutritional Yeast, they can't fit enough in it to worry about the calories so you'd be lucky to get 10 calories out of the pills. Good luck and I hope I helped!
